This sensor is ideal for detecting ferromagnetic toothed wheels in systems like anti-lock braking systems and transmissions. Its integrated circuit provides a digital output signal with a frequency proportional to the speed of rotation. Unlike other sensors, it is unaffected by radial vibration and requires no external signal processing.
