The Infineon TLE4953x series are differential Hall Effect transmission speed sensors designed for modern transmission and ABS systems. These sensors provide crucial information on rotational speed and direction, utilizing a two-wire current interface based on Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). They operate without external components, offering fast power-up times and a wide frequency range. Engineered for harsh automotive environments, they boast excellent accuracy, sensitivity, a wide operating temperature range, high ESD robustness, and strong EMC resilience. The TLE4953C variant includes an integrated 1.8 nF capacitor for enhanced EMI performance. These sensors are AEC-Q100 qualified.
