ON Semiconductor OPTOLOGIC Photosensor

The QSE25x family of OPTOLOGIC ICs are bipolar silicon photosensors featuring a Schmitt trigger for enhanced noise immunity and pulse shaping. These devices integrate a photodiode, linear amplifier, voltage regulator, and Schmitt trigger, offering robust performance. With a medium wide reception angle of 50, black epoxy sidelooker package, and an integrated daylight filter, they provide high sensitivity and direct TTL/LSTTL interface compatibility. The output can drive up to ten TTL loads across a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 16.0 Volts. Devices are color-striped for easy identification. Typical applications include sensing and control systems requiring reliable optical detection.
