Package : WLCSP-5
The TLI493D-W2BW is a low-power 3D Hall sensor featuring an I2C interface and a Wake-Up function. It offers 3D magnetic flux density sensing up to 160 mT with programmable sensitivity. Its extremely small form factor and low power consumption (7 nA typ. in power-down mode) make it ideal for compact and power-sensitive applications. The sensor provides 12-bit data resolution for each measurement direction and a 10-bit temperature sensor, with configurable update frequencies and power modes. It supports triggering by an external microcontroller via I2C and generates an interrupt signal for valid measurements.
