Product Overview

The TLE4946K is an integrated circuit Hall-effect sensor designed for highly accurate applications. It features precise magnetic switching points and high temperature stability achieved through on-chip active compensation circuits and chopper techniques. The sensor operates from a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 24 V, is reverse battery protected, and offers superior temperature stability with peak temperature resistance up to 195C. Its high resistance to mechanical stress, low jitter, and high ESD performance make it suitable for demanding applications. The device provides a digital output signal and is available in an SMD SC59 package.
