The SL0214-3 is a high-frequency, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall effect switch sensor designed to directly replace traditional reed switches. It is particularly suitable for battery-powered portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, brushless motors, notebook computers, and PDAs. Utilizing advanced Bi-CMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, the SL0214-3 achieves extremely low input error feedback and offers high performance and market advantages in a miniaturized SOT-23 package. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40C to 150C.
