Installation and Use Precautions

  • Use within the specified temperature range. Higher temperatures may degrade performance and material quality.
  • Avoid melting solder on the resin head during installation to prevent wire breakage, short circuits, or insulation damage.
  • Do not touch the resin head directly with a soldering iron.
  • When dividing parallel leads, separate them at least 10mm from the resin head. Cutting leads less than 10mm from the resin head can propagate heat to the resin.
  • When bending leads, maintain a bending radius greater than 1mm. Fixing the component lead wire is recommended during bending or cutting.
  • Do not apply excessive force to the leads to prevent breakage at the junction.
  • The ceramic element is fragile; handle with care to avoid excessive pressure or shock, which may cause cracking or chipping.
  • Evaluate product quality before molding with resin.
