The AH8503 is a high-accuracy, micropower linear Hall-effect sensor featuring an 8-bit output resolution. Its output voltage is ratiometric to the supply voltage and proportional to the magnetic flux density. Designed for battery-powered consumer and industrial applications, it operates from 1.6V to 3.6V. The device offers selectable operating modes (Micropower, Turbo, External-Drive) via a CNTRL pin to optimize power consumption, with typical current draws as low as 13A in default micropower mode. Available in a compact U-DFN2020-6 package, it provides high accuracy and stability.
