The HX6659 series is a linear Hall effect sensor that provides an analog output proportional to magnetic flux density. It integrates a Hall sensor, linear amplifier, and CMOS output stage, offering high-speed, low-noise performance across a wide temperature range (-40 to 125). The sensor has a wide operating voltage range (2.8V to 6.0V) and a quiescent output voltage of VCC/2 when no magnetic field is present. It can detect both North and South magnetic poles, with output voltage varying linearly with applied magnetic flux density. Multiple sensitivity options are available to optimize the output voltage swing for different detection ranges. The HX6659 is available in SOT-23 and TO-92S packages, offering different sensing orientations.
