The HAL403 is a compact, general-purpose linear Hall effect sensor. Its output signal level is proportional to the magnetic field strength applied to its sensitive face. At zero magnetic field, the output voltage is half of the supply voltage. With an N pole on the marked face (TO/SW package), the output voltage increases linearly with magnetic field strength; conversely, an N pole on the SO package causes the output voltage to decrease linearly with increasing magnetic field strength. It features low noise output, eliminating the need for external filtering, and incorporates thin-film resistors for improved temperature stability and accuracy. The operating temperature range is -40 to 150, making it suitable for various commercial and industrial environments.
