Product Overview

The CHA44XP/CH44XP Hall-effect sensor family offers excellent magnetic parameter performance over temperature and includes an internal pull-up resistor. These AEC-Q100 automotive qualified (CHA44XP) sensors are designed for demanding applications requiring high temperature stability and stress resistance, operating from -40C to 150C. Features include dynamic offset cancellation, a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output. They support a wide operating supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and include protection against supply transients, short circuits, and reverse battery conditions. The latching functionality ensures a stable output state based on magnetic field polarity.
