The Allegro A1318 and A1319 are linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high accuracy and small package size applications such as displacement and angular position sensing. These temperature-stable devices feature non-volatile memory for end-of-line optimization of sensitivity and quiescent voltage output (QVO). They provide a ratiometric voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, with QVO adjusted around 50% of the supply voltage. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications requiring high accuracy across an extended temperature range of 40C to 150C, these ICs are available in miniature surface-mount (SOT-23W) and through-hole (SIP) packages.
