Product Overview

The Allegro A1308 and A1309 are high-accuracy, linear Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for applications requiring precise displacement and angular position sensing in smaller package sizes. These temperature-stable devices feature nonvolatile memory for end-of-line optimization of sensitivity and quiescent voltage output (QVO). They offer a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, with QVO adjusted around 50% of the supply voltage. Ideal for automotive and industrial applications, they operate across an extended temperature range of 40C to 150C. Available in miniature surface-mount (SOT-23W) and through-hole (SIP) packages, these BiCMOS monolithic circuits integrate a Hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry, a high-gain amplifier, a clamped low-impedance output stage, and a proprietary dynamic offset cancellation technique.
