The VCS2373 is a highly integrated, two-dimensional, low-power magnetic switch sensor. It combines an AMR magnetic sensor with high-precision CMOS processing circuitry in an ultra-small package. The CMOS processing circuitry features precisely controlled BOP/BRP offset voltage compensation and a push-pull output, supporting an industrial operating temperature range (-40 to 125) and a wide voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V) with nanoampere current consumption. This makes it ideal for various handheld and battery-powered devices. The 2D magnetic switch can detect magnetic fields from any direction within the chip plane (360 degrees), eliminating the need for specific magnet orientation and significantly simplifying installation requirements while enhancing system redundancy. Leveraging the high sensitivity of AMR technology, this switch offers low power consumption, compact size, and excellent temperature characteristics, making it a preferred choice for many low-power, high-performance applications. The VCS2373 is available in two package types: TO-92S and SOT23-3, with corresponding product models VCS2373T and VCS2373S.
