It offers selectable magnetic field thresholds, switching frequencies, and package options to suit various applications. The sensor detects a single N-pole magnetic field, providing a low output when the N-pole magnetic field strength exceeds the operating point (BOP) and a high output when it drops below the release point (BRP). It features internal temperature compensation and clock logic for stable operating points and switching frequencies. The SL1623 operates within a wide voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and comes in a standard SOT-23 package, ensuring low current consumption and single N-pole magnetic response.
