The SL0214-9 is a micro-power, high-frequency, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall effect switch designed to directly replace traditional reed switches. It is particularly suitable for battery-powered portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, brushless motors, notebook computers, and PDAs. Featuring an advanced Bi-CMOS process and an optimized circuit structure, it offers extremely low input error feedback. Its miniature package provides high performance and market advantages.
