: Control code (One alphabetic character)
: Manufactured year (Last digit of the year)
: Manufactured month (1-9: 1-9, 10-12: X, Y, Z)
Note: The land pattern is an example. Please evaluate soldering paste and reflow conditions.
Note: Ensure the sensing direction of the sensor aligns with the applied magnetic field direction.
Refer to the document for the block diagram.
ON/OFF switching depends on the intensity of the applied magnetic field (Positive logic).
Note 1: The AMR element is driven by an intermittent switch circuit. VOUT change timing is within the ICC on period. Note 2: Consider the speed of magnetic field change against the intermittent operation in your design.
Refer to the document for detailed reliability test conditions and judgment criteria, including High temp. storage, High temp. load, Low temp. storage, High temp. high humidity load, Thermal shock, Vibration test, Shock test, Drop test, Solder heat resistance, and Electrostatic resistance (MM and HBM methods).
