The CC6207M is a low-power, high-sensitivity, omnipolar Hall effect switch sensor with latching output, designed to directly replace traditional reed switches. It is particularly suitable for battery-powered portable electronic devices such as mobile phones, cordless phones, notebooks, and PDAs. The CC6207M offers omnipolar magnetic field detection, responding to both north and south poles, simplifying assembly. Its internal circuitry includes a Hall element, voltage regulator, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic offset cancellation module, latch module, and CMOS output stage. Utilizing advanced BiCMOS technology and an optimized circuit structure, the CC6207M achieves very low input error feedback and high consistency through dynamic offset cancellation, which mitigates misalignment caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients. Available in compact SOT23-3, TO-92S, and DFN4L packages, it operates within a temperature range of -40~125C.
