Operating Temperature : -40℃~+125℃
Voltage - Supply : 3V~28V
Description : SOT-23 Switches (Solid State) RoHS
Mfr. Part # : AH3772-SA-7
Model Number : AH3772-SA-7
Package : SOT-23
The AH3772 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall Effect latch IC designed for commutation of brushless DC motors, flow meters, linear encoders, and position sensors in industrial and consumer home appliances and personal care applications. It operates over a supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture for superior temperature stability and minimal switch-point drift. The device offers robustness with a reverse-blocking diode and zener clamp on the supply, and an overcurrent limit and zener clamp on the output. The single open-drain output switches on with a South pole and off with a North pole of sufficient strength.
