The GH141F is a high-temperature bipolar Hall effect latching position sensor designed for consumer and industrial electronic products. It features a wide operating voltage range, high output current, fast switching speed without jitter, and a wide operating frequency. Its compact size, long lifespan, and ease of installation make it suitable for direct interfacing with logic circuits. The sensor is built with an internal voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation unit, Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output stage, producing a digital voltage signal in response to magnetic induction.
