Product Overview

The CC6111 is a chopper-stabilized, high-precision unipolar Hall effect switch IC manufactured using advanced BiCMOS technology. It offers excellent temperature-stable and stress-resistant performance, making it suitable for extended temperature ranges up to 150C. Utilizing Dynamic Offset Cancellation and Crosschip's patented temperature compensation technology, the CC6111 achieves high consistency in magnetic sensitivity by minimizing residual offset voltage. It features an integrated voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit protected open-drain output capable of sinking up to 30 mA. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 28V and is available in TO-92S and TSOT23-3 packages.
