The CQ-2233 is an open-type current sensor utilizing Hall sensor technology to provide an analog voltage output proportional to AC/DC current. It features a quantum well ultra-thin film InAs Hall sensor for high-accuracy and high-speed current sensing. The compact AI-Shell package integrates the Hall sensor, magnetic core, and primary conductor, ensuring space-saving design and high reliability. This bidirectional sensor offers electrical isolation between the primary conductor and the sensor signal, operates on a 3.3V single supply, and provides a ratiometric output. It is designed for low variation and low temperature drift of sensitivity and offset voltage, with low noise output and a fast response time. The CQ-2233 is compliant with IEC/UL 62368-1, UL 508, CSA C22.2 No. 14, and IEC 62109 (certification pending).
