The BWC Series Cross-Beam Area Sensor is designed for precise obstacle detection with a minimized blind zone achieved through a 3-point cross-beam netting method. It offers a long sensing distance of 1 to 7 meters and a wide selection of models with varying optical axis counts (4 to 20), pitches (40, 80mm), and sensing widths (120 to 1,040mm). Key features include built-in interference protection, self-diagnosis functions that monitor for front screen contamination and optical axis obstruction, and conspicuous high-luminance indicators for easy status checks. This sensor is suitable for various environments, including subway platform screen doors (PSD) and meets Korean Railway Standard (KRS) conditions for specific models. Its robust IP67 protection structure ensures reliability in diverse conditions.
