The MagnTek MT6816 is a zero-latency magnetic angle position sensor IC utilizing advanced AMR technology for 0-360 full-range angle sensing. It offers high resolution (14-bit core), high rotation speed capability (up to 25,000 RPM), and a fast output propagation delay of less than 2 s. The sensor operates reliably within an industry-standard temperature range of -40 to 125. It supports multiple output interfaces including ABZ, UVW, PWM, and SPI, making it a versatile replacement for optical encoders in applications such as BLDC motor control, servo motor control, and stepping motor control.
