AS5262 12-Bit Magnetic Angle Position Sensor

The AS5262 is a contactless magnetic angle position sensor designed for precise angular measurement over a full 360 turn. It offers a system-on-chip solution integrating Hall elements, analog front end, digital signal processing, and automotive-grade protection features. The device requires a simple two-pole magnet for angle measurement, providing instant absolute angle indication with a resolution of 0.022 (16384 positions per revolution). Its analog output is ratiometric to VDD, and it operates at a 5V supply voltage with robust overvoltage and reverse polarity protection.
