The GXTS02S is a high-precision, low-power digital temperature sensor designed to replace NTC/PTC thermistors. It features a 16-bit ADC with a resolution as low as 0.00267C and offers a temperature accuracy of 0.5C across its operating range of -40C to +125C. For human body temperature measurements (30-42C), the accuracy can reach 0.1C. The sensor utilizes a compact WLCSP (1.38mm 1.81 mm) package and communicates via a standard I2C interface with two user-configurable addresses. It operates on a wide supply voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V and boasts exceptionally low power consumption, drawing 1.5A during normal operation at 1Hz and 100nA in shutdown mode.
