The Sentech T117 series are high-precision digital-analog mixed-signal temperature sensor ICs offering exceptional accuracy up to 0.1 without user calibration. Leveraging CMOS semiconductor PN junction temperature and bandgap voltage characteristics, these chips provide fast, low-power, and reliable temperature measurements. With a built-in 16-bit ADC, they achieve a resolution of 0.004C and operate across an ultra-wide range of -103C to +153C. Each chip undergoes 100% factory testing and calibration. They feature an I2C communication interface for high-speed board-level applications (up to 1MHz) and include non-volatile E2PROM for storing chip ID, alarm thresholds, calibration data, and user-defined information. An ALERT pin is available for hardware alarm extensions. Applications include smart wearables, electronic thermometers, medical electronics, cold chain logistics, smart home devices, and industrial environmental monitoring.
